Job Information

Job Duties: 
  • Search the OCLC online database to find records matching new Indonesian books
  • Search the Millennium catalog to verify the library’s current holdings and to check for duplicate call numbers
  • Input data and add records to our catalog
Required Qualifications: 
  • Fluent knowledge of English and Indonesian/Malay script required 
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and must be attentive to detail
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team, efficiently, and take initiative when work flow varies
Desired Qualifications: 
  • Basic computer literacy (Word, e-mail, Internet browsers, etc.)
  • Willing to work during winter, spring, & summer breaks
  • Previous library experience
Special Notes: 
  • During training, work hours are:  9am–5pm, Monday-Friday.  After training, during semester, work hours are 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
