Job Information

Job Duties: 
  • Produce spine labels using Millennium spine label program
  • Apply spine labels and label covers to material
  • Add ownership stamp
  • Sort and distribute material
  • Deliver outgoing Main and subject specialty (branch) material to designated delivery area, or as otherwise instructed
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications: 
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to handle meticulous tasks
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Attentiveness to quality control
  • Ability to sit for 2+ hours (length of shift)
  • Ability to push full book trucks
  • Ability to work during some or all breaks and/or semesters
Desired Qualifications: 

Knowledge of a Western European language (French, German, Italian, Portuguese or Spanish).

Special Notes: 
  • Minimum $3,500 Work Study required for the Spring and Fall semesters
  • Semester work hours are: 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri
