Job Information

Job Duties: 

Using files obtained from JSTOR's Data For Research program, enter bibliographic data in spreadsheets and analyze cited works. 

Perform sophisticated and accurate bibliographic searches for Classics publications in a variety of European languages in OskiCat and other online catalogs.  

Assist with other curatorial projects as needed.

Required Qualifications: 

General knowledge of Classics, including Greek and Latin literature. 

Working knowledge of one or more of the following languages: French, German, Greek (ancient or modern), Italian, Latin. 

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel. 

Must be detail-oriented with the ability to perform repetitive bibliographic searches. Ability to work independently and reliably, to organize and prioritize work.
